Bulgaria exit polls: incumbent Yotova predicted to win

Incumbent President Iliana Yotova is predicted to have won Bulgaria’s presidential election runoff. Exit polls put the more Russia-friendly candidate who favors dialogue with Moscow on just over 50% of the vote.
