The group Right to Life on the Central Coast held its 2026 Lifewalk through Santa Maria on Sunday, June 28.
Organizers say the theme for the walk was “Vote Pro-Life.” They say they want to encourage voters to support candidates who are anti-abortion.
The group also advocates that taxpayer money should not be used to fund Planned Parenthood.
The walk began at City Hall, then people marched half a mile to gather across the street from the Planned Parenthood on East Chapel Street.
