Pakistan says it struck militant targets in Afghanistan

The strikes come a day after an attack in the southern city of Karachi killed three paramilitary troops. Afghanistan’s ruling Taliban condemned the “brutal” and “cowardly” strikes, saying they killed scores of civilians.
