A group of volunteers came together on Saturday to help feed families on the Central Coast.
The Rotary Club of Pismo Beach and the Rotary Club of Grover Beach hosted a meal-packing event at Grover Beach in the Ramona Garden Community room. The event coincided with this year’s Stone Soup Festival & Street Fair.
During the event, volunteers put together D.I.Y. Mac & Cheese meal kits. Organizers say the meals will go to local pantries and the San Luis Obispo Food Bank.
