The Clark Center and the City of Grover Beach brought back the Stone Soup Festival and street fair for the weekend.
The festival took place on Saturday and Sunday in Grover Beach at the recently renovated Ramona Garden Park.
Organizers say 16 bands played across 2 stages and more than 50 vendors sold food and crafts. Volunteers were also at the event packing thousands of meals for people in need.
Additionally, the event featured a pet parade.
